Three sometimes annoying things about basing your eating habits on healthy homecooked meals:

  1. You have to run the dishwasher a lot more.
  2. The inside of your refrigerator begins to resemble a Jenga puzzle of fruits and vegetables.
  3. You become really fussy about the quality of your produce.

Three great things about basing your eating habits on healthy homecooked meals:

  1. You feel better.
  2. You look better.
  3. You save money (unless you like to gourmet cook with fancy ingredients).

I don’t know about you, but I’m quite willing to put up with washing more dishes and risking something falling on me every time I open the fridge!
