All whining aside, I did manage to get a good Turbulence Training workout in today in my frigid basement (with a nice finisher on my stationary bike upstairs where it was warmer). It’s hard to get motivated when I want to hibernate, but I always, always feel better once I do. Always.
And I made yummy sweet potato oven “chips” and massaged kale salad to go with leftover roast beast…I mean beef…for dinner. It almost made me forget about all that white stuff on the ground. Didn’t hurt that it’s dark by 5 p.m., so I can’t see anything.
I’m ready for spring!
