Workin’ out (Day 3 of 4)

Normally, I would have done this workout yesterday, but I’m shifting my workouts this week to M-Tu-Th-F, instead of my planned Su-M-W-Th. You can see that I do opposing body group workouts back to back, with a day or more in-between those two-day “clusters.”

Day 3 (Monday): Chest, shoulders, abs, triceps
Pushups (3 sets total)
Alternating sets of:
Scapation with shrug (3 sets total)
Incline dumbbell bench press (3 sets total)
Alternating sets of:
Stability ball jackknife (3 sets total)
Arnold press (3 sets total)
Alternating sets of:
Skullcrushers (3 sets total)
Stability ball rollout (3 sets total)
