Have you seen NPR’s new food blog, The Salt? I stumbled upon it yesterday because they ran an article about the whole “does use of antibiotics in livestock contribute to superbugs in humans” issue, which I’m currently writing about for my Environmental Health class. (I love their logo!)

I read that article, then kept right on reading, because there’s some good stuff there. Are you a fan of “Downton Abbey” (or England in general)? You’ll enjoy the post on why British food was bad for so long.

Are you a fan of detox cleanses? Or do you find them silly? Either way read what NPR has to say. I couldn’t agree more with the recommendations in the last line of the post: “Try a little exercise and nature.”
