Greetings! I had intended to post a few recipes this weekend, but my cooking plans got all tossed out of whack while I was writing a position paper for my Nutrition and Chronic Disease class about why most people don’t need to avoid egg yolks. I had planned to do my tiny part to participate in Food Revolution Day by making a few new recipes…but by Saturday afternoon I was like “This is so not going to happen,” so we went to a backup plan (homecooking without recipes) and I did a belated Food Rev Day on Sunday. I made a great Mediterranean chicken dish and a citrus olive oil cake, and I do plan to post the recipes this week.
