Do you can? We love to can...or should I say Jeff loves to can, and I love the results of canning? Actually, I have done some solo home canning, but Jeff has taken over that domain. He has a strong family history of canning, so it's in his genes. The man seriously makes the best dill pickles ever. And pickled garlic that's to die for. But I digress.
It should come as no surprise that safety is paramount when undertaking home canning. I thought this video by Alice Henneman from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension gave some great advice. Well worth a viewing if you currently can, or would like to.
