What healthy diets have in common

In lieu of my own post today, I’m going to kindly direct you over to my guest post on Kath Eats Real Food: “The Diet Common Denominator.” Kath Younger, a registered dietitian herself, has been featuring guest posts from other RDs/RDNs every few weeks, and I was happy to write this particular post for her, because it’s a subject I feel strongly about!
I’ve been a reader of Kath’s blog for years (since before she became an RD, opened a bakery with her husband, and became a mom). I appreciate how she demonstrates through her regular posts that eating healthy doesn’t require complicated recipes, and that living a healthy lifestyle is a process that evolves, ebbs and flows. I also enjoy her house remodeling/redecorating posts, too!
