Happy…Tuesday. I was swamped yesterday with a photo shoot at my house (fun but a lot of work) for an upcoming Seattle Times article on slow cooker cookery, and then an article deadline on nutrition and skin health for another publication. Sooooo…if you didn’t get a chance to read my column in Sunday’s Seattle Times, “Certain foods can help you sleep better, avoid weight gain” check it out.
The column topic is actually about how sleep and nutrition are a two-way street: poor sleep can hurt your nutrition and your health (because it’s harder to make nutritious food choices, exercise regularly, etc.) and certain food habits can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
