Links I Like: 9.11.15

Happy Friday! This may be summer’s last hurrah here in Seattle, and even though I love fall, I admit I’m a little sad. (I’m mostly sad that it’s now dark at 5:30 a.m.). I’m welcoming the return of roast- and soup-worthy weather, however, and have plans to make both this weekend. I’m also working on a redesign of my blog and website (uniting them via WordPress) as well as my monthly e-newsletter. A lot of work, but a lot of fun, too. In the meantime, some interesting nutrition-related links from the week:

I have an article in this Sunday’s Seattle Times that I’ve wanted to write for a few years, so I’m excited. It’s about epigenetics and the importance of maternal and infant nutrition for preventing chronic disease in adulthood. Be sure to look for it, and have a great weekend!
