LIL_Week1Happy Friday! I am currently in sunny Los Angeles (Hollywood, technically), for the annual International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) conference. I’m excited for today’s workshop on podcasting with the wonderful Matthew Amster-Burton and Molly Wizenberg, co-hosts of the podcast Spilled Milk (I also highly recommend Matthew’s book Hungry Monkey and Molly’s book A Homemade Life. I haven’t yet read her second book, Delancey, but I would feel confident recommending that, too.). I’m also looking forward to Ellie Kriger’s talk with Marion Nestle “Good Food May Equal Good Health, But It’s Not A Simple Equation.” No April fools, but I will leave you with some of the more interesting nutrition-related links I found this week:

Don’t forget that tomorrow (Saturday 4/2) is the last day to sign up for the latest round of Healthy For (Your) Life. The online course starts Monday 4/4!
